We repair the original Switch, Switch OLED and Switch Lite, plus Joy-Cons: same day in Omaha, at our Lincoln store, or by mail.
Joy-Con drift
Drift happens when the analog stick’s internal contacts wear out, so the stick reports movement you’re not making. Recalibrating in System Settings → Controllers and Sensors can help for a few days, but the real fix is a new stick module. On Switch Lite the sticks are built into the console, so you can’t just buy new Joy-Cons, and repair is usually the cheaper route.
Won’t dock, won’t charge, no TV output
If the Switch charges in one direction only, won’t show on the TV, or kills docks, the charging/video ICs (often the M92T36 or BQ24193 power-delivery chips) or the USB-C port are damaged, often by third-party docks. These are microsoldering repairs.

Frequently asked questions
Can Joy-Con drift be fixed permanently?
A new stick module fixes it, but standard sticks wear out again over time. Ask us about longer-lasting options when you bring it in.
Will I lose my Switch saves?
Most repairs don’t touch storage. If the board needs major work, back up your saves with Nintendo Switch Online save backup first if you can.
Do you repair Switch Lite sticks?
Yes. The Switch Lite’s sticks are built in, so we replace the stick inside the console.
