Get your PlayStation fixed the same day in Omaha, bring it to our Lincoln repair counter, or mail it in. We do component-level repairs, which means we fix the failed part on the board instead of telling you to buy a new console.
PS5 and PS5 Slim
- Beeps, then won’t turn on: usually a shorted power rail, a failed power supply or a damaged power-management IC. HDMI damage is a separate problem.
- Turns on, then off / blue light: RAM, SSD controller or APU-related faults. We test before quoting.
- Overheating and loud fan: cleaning, a liquid-metal check (PS5 uses liquid metal on the APU), and fan or fan-connector repair
- Disc drive won’t read or eject, USB/Ethernet ports dead
PS4, PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro
Common faults are HDMI ports, the blue light of death, controllers that won’t pair (sometimes a southbridge fault), loud fans and failed hard drives. We can also upgrade the PS4 to an SSD while it’s open.
PS3 and older PlayStations
We service PS3 yellow-light, disc and power faults, plus PS2 and PS1 laser and drive problems. See retro repair.
Controllers
DualSense and DualShock stick drift, triggers and charging ports are covered on our controller repair page.
