Xbox Series consoles are reliable, but they have a few well-known weak points. We repair them at the board level: same day in Omaha, in-store in Lincoln, or by mail from anywhere in the US.
No signal / black screen
A Series X or S that powers on with no picture usually has one of three problems: a damaged HDMI port, damaged traces under the port, or a failed ESD protection diode pack near the HDMI line. We find which one it is before we quote.
Turns on then off, or stuck in safe mode
Power-cycling Series S units and consoles that boot loop are often power-stage or storage faults. Safe-mode loops can be software, so we try the offline update method before recommending hardware work.
Overheating and fan noise
Dust, pet hair and failing fans are common on Series X consoles in vertical cabinets. A cleaning often fixes it.
Xbox One and Xbox 360
We still service Xbox One HDMI ports, disc drives and hard drives, and 360 power and disc faults.
